Inspired by Dr. Seuss’s books, Blue Fish is a typeface I designed to blend seamlessly with the whimsical storytelling and expressive illustrations in these stories. Blue Fish features asymmetrical serifs, soft edges and exaggerated curves, subtly integrating the quirkiness and distinct flourishes seen in Dr. Seuss’s illustrations while still maintaining the qualities of a traditional text face.
